The Alexander McQueen Client Advisor will be a passionate brand ambassador and dedicated team player, promoting brand loyalty and transforming every Client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. With full accountability for meeting KPI’s set through personalised client experience and cross selling of products, the Client Advisor will take full ownership of the exclusive relationships of the AMQ clientele.Key Accountabilities <ul><li>Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of AMQ history and heritage</li><li>Proactively seize all cross-selling opportunities, utilizing all product categories available in the store</li><li>Recruit, Maintain and develop Client relationships through a custom-made approach and with the support of CRM and digital tools to strengthen Client loyalty</li><li>Strengthen Client loyalty by participating in the Department or Store’s clienteling initiatives</li><li>Engage with Clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products</li><li>Be driven to exceed individual financial targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed. The key success factor for this position is to support the execution and facilitation of the retail / store operation to be more efficiently on a daily basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Updating and summarizing the Monthly sales performance. - Office administration : Various type of ordering support which is relevant to the retail activities / store operation. - Daily communication with store staffs to ensure store operation standards. (includes VM) - Communicating with the business partners such as department stores in order to manage the sales promotion. - Collaborating with different teams to implement the retail activities across the stores. - To perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessaryQUALIFICATIONS - Matured retail experience at least 5-years in luxury or fashion industry. - Requires strong sense of high-end fashion with sound knowledge. - Well organize and possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill - Hard-working professional, with ‘hands-on’ and open-minded attitude - Good command of both spoken and written English and Japanese - Good PC skills such as MS Office

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail Operations:
Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations.

Sub-Job Family Description - Retail Operations:
Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects (changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation, etc.) Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.
