Job title :Chief of Staff to the Chief Communication OfficerJob description :The Chief of Staff to the Chief Communication Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the operational and strategic activities of Boucheron’s global Communications function.This dynamic role involves orchestrating projects, managing key initiatives, and ensuring alignment between central and regional Communications teams across EMEA, Americas, Asia Pacific, and Japan.With a focus on project management and cross-functional collaboration, the Chief of Staff acts as a trusted advisor to the Chief Communication Officer and contributes to the seamless execution of the Maison’s communication strategies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Strategic Support and Governance<ul><li>Facilitate the planning and execution of the Chief Communication Officer’s priorities, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s overall objectives.</li><li>Organize and lead weekly and monthly meetings with the Communications leadership team, ensuring follow-up on key action points.</li><li>Oversee governance across Communications functions, including Media (Broadcast), Image and Events, and Press and Influence.</li><li>Develop tools and frameworks for performance tracking, ensuring the Communication function’s initiatives are on track and aligned with business goals.</li></ul>Project Management and Coordination<ul><li>Drive transversal projects across Media, Image and Events, and Press and Influence, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.</li><li>Act as a central point of contact for regional Marketing &amp; Communication teams, aligning global strategies with local market needs.</li><li>Manage cross-functional initiatives, such as product launches, global events, and media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in execution.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the CEO Office, Commercial teams, and regional leaders, to support integrated communication efforts.</li></ul>Operational Excellence and Reporting<ul><li>Streamline workflows and optimize processes across the Communication department.</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for the Chief Communication Officer for internal and external meetings.</li><li>Ensure robust tracking of KPIs and analytics for key communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Support the budgeting process, tracking expenses across projects and ensuring adherence to allocated resources.</li></ul>Representation and Communication<ul><li>Represent the Chief Communication Officer in internal meetings, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between regional and central teams, facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing.</li><li>Assist in external partnerships and collaborations, including media partners, event agencies, and influencers.</li></ul>Execute Special Missions<ul><li>Lead ad-hoc strategic projects in line with the Chief Communication Officer’s priorities, such as manufacturing integration, logistics reorganization, and cultural initiatives.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS :Education: BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or related field.Experience: 5&#43; years in a project management role, ideally within the luxury industry.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, especially in governance, strategic planning, and innovation.Languages: Fluent in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.KEY COMPETENCIES :Innovation-Driven: Experience in driving innovation projects from operational to strategic execution.Strategic Execution: Ability to lead with a strong performance focus and strategic oversight, especially for complex projects.Analytical and Systemic Thinking: Skilled in managing KPIs and business metrics, translating insights into actionable initiatives.We believe in diversity in all its forms. Description:Reporting directly to the Global Omnichannel and Client Development Director, and part of the Commercial team that supports our retail network, the CRM and Client Development Manager will be responsible for managing our prospect customer relationship management (PCRM) eco-system and defining and developing client strategies to enhance engagement, transformation and retention.You will work in an international context supporting our different markets and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that both retail and client needs are met.Key Responsabilities:CRM Management:Partner with IT to oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM ecosystem:<ul><li>Develop the retail tools and needed to support data capture and clienteling.</li><li>Collect feedback from markets and conduct benchmarks to determine and prioritize roadmap.</li><li>Develop training material to ensure understanding and adoption.</li><li>Develop equivalent system in China Mainland adapting to local needs.</li></ul>Client development and activation:<ul><li>Develop and execute client engagement strategies to increase transformation and retention.</li><li>Define activation and contact strategy through campaigns/different channels/journeys through Salesforce.</li><li>Develop VIC care guidelines for instore events/animations and gifting.</li></ul>Data Analysis:<ul><li>Ensure Data quality of our database and analytics tools.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of client data and engagement metrics to derive actionable insights.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Data Privacy Compliance:<ul><li>Partner with legal and IT teams to ensure that all CRM practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.</li></ul>Team development:<ul><li>Manage and develop team of 5 people and animate/coordinate the community of CRM teams in the different countries.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in CRM management and client development (minimum 10 years), preferably in luxury and/or jewelry in a global context, experience with Asian market.</li><li>Strong project management skills and experience, ability to understand and express business needs to IT.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CDP).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute client engagement initiatives successfully.</li><li>Team management experience.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, structured with attention to detail.</li><li>Fluent in English and French a plus.</li></ul>We believe in diversity in all its forms.
