Brice, Pomellato

When passion meets mobility.

At Kering, we believe people flourish when they are passionate about what they do.
Brice de Confevron has always been drawn to the world of fine and so it made sense to start his career in jewelry retail.  When he joined the Kering Group as Assistant Director of Bottega Veneta’s flagship Avenue Montaigne store in 2011, he embarked on a new adventure in the world of luxury ready-to-wear and leather goods: an “amazing” time according to Brice.

Nevertheless, jewelry was Brice’s first love. When he saw a job opening for Director of the Pomellato store in Paris, he immediately seized the opportunity, which gave him the chance to pursue his love of fine jewelry and to develop his leadership skills.
With support from his Manager and HR Director, Brice’s application for internal mobility was successful.  “It feels marvelous to be back in jewelry, my real passion. Given how much time you spend at work, you should be passionate about it!
