A propos de nous 

Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison. 

Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.

Depuis octobre 2015, Demna est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Stock Manager is responsible for ensuring all HOH roles and responsibilities are performed effectively and in accordance with Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines. The Stock Manager works with store management to monitor and maintain store operations, inventory, budget, customer service, etc.

Be a contact point for complex pay and reward queries. Your OpportunityWe are currently looking for a DoDo Sales Merchandising Specialist as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.How you will contribute<ul><li>Reporting to the Global Sales Merchandising Manager, contribute to implement the global assortment strategy in accordance with sales channel/markets specificities and brand strategy.</li><li>Be part of the daily activities with Supply Chain and WHS/FHS Operation departments to:<ul><li>Forecast New Collection</li><li>Be aligned on OTB target and replenishment process.</li></ul></li><li>Be part of the daily activities with Product Merchandising and Brand departments to:<ul><li>Balance collection brief with merchandising objectives and product positioning</li><li>Identify business growth opportunities through a constant orders and deliveries monitoring and merchandise allocation.</li></ul></li><li>Support the collaboration with the WHS and Retail Mangers, to align sales teams on assortment strategy and objectives also through producing/managing specific tools, data analysis, presentations and reports.</li><li>Research, monitor and review competitors and industry trends to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns.</li></ul>Who you are <ul><li>A professional with 3-5 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in fashion, watches and jeweler luxury industry</li><li>Good at balancing mid- and long-term views to build best approaches for the business.</li><li>Strong in handling and analyzing numerical data to share insights helping the Global Sales Merchandising Manager and the Commercial team in decision making.</li><li>A team player, able to work effectively cross-functionally.</li><li>Fluent in English and Italian, more languages would be a plus.</li></ul>Why work with us?DoDo is committed to building a diverse workforce.
