About Us Pomellato, handcrafted contemporary fine jewellery from Milan. Renowned for its coloured gemstones and its elegant yet unconventional design since 1967. Supporting women and equality. Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches. We are currently looking for a Learning &amp; Engagement Intern. How will you contribute: You will have hands-on experience in the luxury goods industry and exposure to various aspects of learning and engagement initiatives within a global brand. <ul><li>Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, modules, and presentations; </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops; </li></ul><ul><li>Support in conducting needs assessments and evaluations to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement; </li></ul><ul><li>Support initiatives and events related to engagement projects, including Onboarding; </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate logistics for learning and engagement events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications; </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the feedback analysis and ensure training materials are aligned with company objectives; </li></ul><ul><li>Provide administrative support in maintaining training records and documentation. </li></ul>Who you are: <ul><li>Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field; </li></ul><ul><li>Organizational and project management skills; </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; </li></ul><ul><li>Passion for learning, development and engagement activities within the luxury goods industry; </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms. </li></ul>Why work with us?  This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow. Your opportunityFor the next season 2025 we are currently looking for a Client Advisor as part of our dynamic team based in Porto Cervo, Piazzetta del Cervo.How you will contributeThe candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout.
