We are looking for a Store Director to manage our Printemps Paris boutique.As Store Director, you report to the Brand Director and are an Ambassador of Boucheron: you strive to identify business opportunities and implement actions to reach excellence and ensure the achievement of your store’s goals.This includes managing the Boutique, monitoring store operations and budget, and leading the team through inspiring management.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness and Sales Development<ul><li>Define and drive the Boutique commercial action plan to maximize sales generation, meet or exceed the Boutique’s sales and KPI targets. </li><li>Leverage new business opportunities to build and develop a strong client base, drive sales and enhance the Maison presence in the marketplace. </li><li>Make recurrent and acute analysis of the boutique and team performance vs KPIs so as to enrich, amend the yearly action plan.</li><li>Ensure that exceptional client experience is provided to build advocacy for the boutique and the brand. </li><li>Understand, maintain awareness, and proactively monitor local business environment (market trends, competition) to suggest actions.</li><li>Create a strong relationship with Printemps personal shopping management &amp; sales team and seek for business opportunities to maximize on sales. </li></ul>High Jewelry focus<ul><li>Define a dedicated action plan aiming to support high value transactions and recruitment of new high potential prospect.</li><li>Advocate and encourage presence as well as transformation during regional and WW high jewelry events.</li><li>Being ambassador to top clients, external partners and across Printemps organization</li></ul>Team Management <ul><li>Manage, empower, and motivate the team to drive the business, creating a positive work environment and encouraging results-oriented mindset. </li><li>Set collective and individual targets for the store; monitoring and managing performance to ensure these goals are achieved.</li><li>Support and coach the team, identifying their training needs or individual actions plan.</li><li>Organize the team planning in an efficient manner according to business needs.</li><li>Conduct recruitment interviews with the HR team while sourcing talents to ensure business continuity.</li></ul>Retail Excellence and Client Management <ul><li>Lead by example on the floor and ensure the quality of service given to our customers while making sure that the Boucheron retail excellence guidelines are applied (selling ceremony, grooming, gifting, visual merchandising, etc.)</li><li>Engage in proactive CRM to develop goal plans, support teams in driving client acquisition, retention, and loyalty, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative performance.</li><li>Identify and resolve important customer situations while challenging current processes to ensure effectiveness.</li><li>Run the animation of the boutique and oversee its daily set up (visual displays, stock replenishment, store maintenance, etc.) </li></ul>Operations Management <ul><li>Store Operations: Optimize operations to minimize costs, maintain client budgets, and ensure compliance with Boucheron security and operational procedures.</li><li>Stock and Merchandising: Manage seasonal orders, merchandising, supply ordering, stock needs, and inventory control with sales associates.</li><li>VIP and Special Requests: Coordinate VIP and special requests between sales associates and the retail buying office.</li><li>Support with Europe operations team and liaise with other France store directors to ensure smooth local management.</li></ul>Nb : This role will require you to work closely and nurture strong connections with a variety of contacts (Department Store, Retail Operations, Marketing, Press Relations, external third parties, etc.).                                         PROFILE<ul><li>Strong commercial drive and results oriented mindset to leverage business opportunities.</li><li>8 to 10 years of experience working in a retail luxury environment and dealing with high-end transactions.</li><li>Experienced leader with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a store / team management position (depending on the business size)</li><li>Passionate about client and clients’ satisfaction</li><li>Dynamic, agile and flexible to adapt to a fast-paced growing company.</li><li>Entrepreneurship mentality</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, dedicated to support and develop your team.</li><li>Jewelry knowledge and department store knowledge are an asset but are not required.</li><li>Fluent proficiency in French and English is mandatory, another language is preferrable.</li></ul>“We believe in the richness of perspectives and backgrounds. YOUR ROLEAs part of the Boucheron team you will train sales associates across the region to develop Maison, Product, Technical knowledge and selling skills to enrich the client journey &amp; experience and improve retail performance. On the floor follow up of the trainings shared to ensure implementation. Encourage and establish learning culture in boutiques through floor training &amp; coaching sessions.YOUR MISSION<ul><li>Roll-out training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product &amp; client experience training).</li><li>Assess the teams’ skills, performance &amp; individual learning needs and align with line manager and partners on short, mid &amp; long-term training and development plans.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyse Mystery Shopping &amp; “Voice of the client” results to identify and work on areas of development to meet set objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to defining the training calendar based on learning needs and strategy for the Middle East.</li></ul><ul><li>Support in-boutique teams with on the floor trainings &amp; field coaching to enhance client service, storytelling &amp; selling techniques in accordance with the Boucheron way.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate on the translation of training materials and the organization of training events.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up with the team on completion of the modules on the E-learning platform.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct and extract all necessary training reports in a timely manner.</li></ul>YOUR PROFILE<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of related work experience with minimum 2 experience in the luxury industry</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree</li></ul><ul><li>Strong facilitation, interpersonnel and communication skills</li><li>Coaching mindset</li></ul><ul><li>Computer literacy</li><li>Demonstrate ability to influence, strong follow-up skills</li></ul><ul><li>Will to travel frequently</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable team player, accountable for delivering results</li></ul><ul><li>Language proficiency in both English and Arabic is a must</li><li>Retail experience is a plus</li></ul>We believe in the richness of perspectives and backgrounds.
