At its February 14, 2023 meeting, the Board of Directors decided to ask shareholders to approve a €14.00 per-share cash dividend for 2022 at the Annual General Meeting to be held to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022.

An interim cash dividend of €4.50 per share was paid on January 18, 2023 pursuant to a decision made by the Board on December 8, 2022.

The balance of the dividend for 2022 will be submitted for shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on April 27, 2023.

Indicative Agenda - Balance of the dividend:

May 2, 2023: ex-date
May 3, 2023 (end of day): record date
May 4, 2023: payment of the dividend

Kering’s goal is to maintain well-balanced payout ratios taking into account changes in net income from continuing operations (excluding non-recurring items), Group share, as well as available cash flow.
To be eligible for the dividend, shareholders must hold at least one Kering share on the record date.
