We are currently seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic boutique team. ROLEThe Client Advisor contributes actively to the store sales and key indicators achievement. They provide a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and everlasting experience to all external and internal clients. They also support the management team and colleagues, while consistently upholding our Maison values, image and standards. Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio- cultural landscape.
In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April

ROLEThe Assistant WW Merchandise Planning RTW will be in charge of supporting all the activities of WW Merchandise planning RTW department, based in Paris.MISSIONSCOLLECTION PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS<ul><li>Monitoring performance on global RTW business by collection</li><li>Providing weekly / monthly report related to key KPIs in merchandising department</li><li>Update key products ID / mapping</li><li>Support business analysis based on market trend</li></ul>SUPPORT RTW MERCHANDISING SALES FORECAST<ul><li>Prepare for the monthly forecast view by SKU by Region according to the stores opening plan and product seasonality</li><li>Liaising with Collection and Retail assortments in the forecast tool</li><li>Monitoring seasonality on key business drivers</li><li>Monitoring forecast accuracy vs actual sales by regions</li><li>Define the monthly needs according to the forecast</li><li>Participate monthly forecast meeting with regions and support preparation</li></ul>CENTRAL REORDERS AND FOLLOW UPS<ul><li>Follow up global reorder and monitor performance closely for both seasonal /non-seasonal</li><li>Providing reorders delivery schedule for the optimal drop based on regional events and business opportunity  </li><li>Support seasonal/non-seasonal reorders opportunities ties with sales forecast , stock and production planning</li></ul>COLLABORATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS<ul><li>Fluid communication with collection, retail, digital merchandising</li><li>Instant communication and follow up with regional buying teams</li><li>Instant exchanges on delivery with production, and replenishment, stock optimization with supply chain department</li></ul>PROFILE<ul><li>Formation superior, Ecole de Commerce or experience in similar functions</li><li>Analytical mind and interest in figures linked to products and markets</li><li>Excellent skills of Excel and good knowledge of the rest Office pack</li><li>Strong attention to details</li><li>Ability to work in a highly dynamic and demanding environment</li><li>Flexibility for adapting priorities</li><li>Fluent English</li></ul>Intership to meet in March 2025Saint Laurent is committed to building a diverse workforce. Missions:<ul><li>Propose, evaluate, design, and implement learning and development programs for global corporate and retail teams to boost skills and development across Saint Laurent.</li><li>The L&amp;D framework pertains to topics on building soft skills, managerial upskilling and leadership capabilities development. The main L&amp;D initiatives entails systemizing annual learning needs analysis across the organization, design and co-develop a global annual learning plan, and driving a strong learning culture by delivering a solid strategy supported by optimal blended learning and coaching programs. </li><li>To act as “internal consultant” on providing people &amp; team development learning solutions</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership and key talent development programs</li><li>Leverage cross-functional and HR leaders’ feedbacks to constantly improve our global training offer to facilitate knowledge transfer and skills development</li><li>To plan, manage and track global learning budget</li><li>To participate actively in the Global Kering Learning Community and effectively promote learning programs across the brand to increase employee awareness and participation</li><li>Provide a global framework and process for corporate leaders and HR teams of all regions to define and anticipate training gaps and needs to continually upskill the organization by proposing practical, innovative, and effective learning solutions</li><li>Ensure robust measurement and analytics are in place to measure and monitor the impact of L&amp;D</li><li>Manage our digital learning platforms and work with internal and external partners in designing, maintenance, and enhancements of our training offerings</li><li>Conducts research on training trends, developments, and market leading practices</li><li>To undertake ad hoc HR related projects</li></ul><ul></ul>

As part of the WW People Development team, this position will play a key role in creating and developing corporate learning & development strategies at a global level, designing, developing, updating L&D programs, and deploying global learning initiatives and projects in Saint Laurent. You will business partner with global and corporate colleagues, retail excellence, HRBPs and Learning and Development community in regions, to ensure that the global L&D strategy is well codified.
